Ò¹À´ÏãÑо¿Ëù's preferred, external vehicle rental provider is Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The IUC-PG contract allows for a Ò¹À´ÏãÑо¿Ëù business code to be used to access competitive rental rates that include automobile liability insurance coverage. 

Rental Procedures and Driver Approval

Driving and Motor Vehicle Guidelines at Ò¹À´ÏãÑо¿Ëù require all prospective rental drivers to complete a Motor Vehicle Release (MVR) Form. Online submission can be complete using the form below. Alternatively, completed PDF forms can be emailed to transportation@csuohio.edu. Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Drivers renting a 12 passenger van or larger must complete an online van safety course. To request access for this course, send an email to transportation@csuohio.edu. 

Once a driver is approved, they will be provided with the Enterprise business code and reservation procedures. Approved drivers should rent vehicles in the University's name with the approved driver as the named driver.
